My background
-
I pursued PhD and postdoctoral research at the Chalmers University of Technology, focusing on quantum transport in nanomaterials for logic, memory, and sensor applications.
-
My cross-border experience includes a PhD in Nanotechnology at Chalmers, three years of teaching in Bangladesh, and an internship at Walter Schottky Institute, Germany.
-
I have almost ten years of research and teaching experience in condensed matter physics, device physics, photonics, electrical and electronic engineering, nano-device fabrication processes and material science.
-
I am experienced and proficient in nano-device fabrication technology and exploring device physics with new materials like graphene and transition metal dichalcogenides.
-
I have collaborated with about 10 research groups and worked with people from many different educational and cultural backgrounds. Furthermore, I supervised and mentored several bachelor's and master’s thesis students in original research projects.
-
I have shared my research through publications, conferences, and meetings, authoring 20+ journal articles in top journals with ~1000 citations.
